Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
Empowered Capital Partners will partner with you and supply Earnest Money Deposit funds to make sure you do not miss out on any opportunity. Our EMD program gives you access to the earnest money you need during the escrow period, giving you the ability to complete the due diligence process and close on the deal. These funds are used by operators who have found a great property but do not have the liquidity to cover the up front cost of the Earnest Money Deposit.

Gap Funding
