Danielle has always loved real estate; when other kids were dreaming of going to the moon, she fantasized about being a landlord. After earning a degree in Communication Studies from California State University Long Beach, she spent over ten years in residential sales and commercial asset management, acquisitions, and leasing before building her own long distance portfolio of apartments with control of over 200 units. Throughout her commercial career, Danielle has worn many hats while working on a portfolio of 15 lifestyle and grocery anchored shopping centers. From asset management and project management, to leasing and acquisitions of 8 lifestyle centers, she has done it all. Through this journey she has developed an effortless ability to nurture relationships and manage assets that has proven to be crucial for the smooth and profitable operation of Empowered Capitals' assets.

Michael has always identified himself as an entrepreneur since his early days, and over the years, he has successfully scaled and sold several businesses. Presently, he manages a growing financial portfolio of over $10MM, which is primarily invested in short term financing, collateralized through the car industry. This investment has been yielding strong returns for his investors. Although Michael's business ventures have varied, his unwavering love and passion for real estate has remained consistent. He currently owns a diverse portfolio of properties, including Residential Multifamily, Industrial, and Large Commercial Multifamily, spanning several different markets. Michael now aims to assist regular investors in leveraging high-yield investment opportunities in the real estate sector.

Isaac has firmly established himself as a successful and versatile entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio that includes a retail business, a finance company, cryptocurrencies, technology, and real estate. As the owner of a thriving used car dealership that has been in operation for the past seven years, Isaac has honed his skills in business strategy, finance, and marketing. In addition, he is the founder of a highly successful finance company where he expertly manages a large portfolio of assets, and a seasoned real estate investor with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals through real estate investment. With a large portfolio in both commercial and residential multifamily properties, Isaac firmly believes in the power of real estate for wealth generation and plays a crucial role in analyzing deals and putting together lucrative opportunities for Empowered Capital's investors.

Christian was not born with a love of real estate, but he certainly found one. Having trained as a mechanical engineer at Drexel University, Christian spent the next ten years designing and managing capital and process improvement projects with manufacturing companies in the food and beverage and biotechnology sectors, realizing a natural ability to connect with contractors and developing strong project management skills. Eventually a conversation with a younger investor triggered a mindset shift and he began buying rental properties out of state, now having control of close to 200 units. Today, Christian's technical background and naturally analytical mind is critical in spotting improvement opportunities and executing repair and capital projects for Empowered Capital and its investors.
